Abstract

Para os que sustentam que os chamados sistemas educativos são na realidade sub-sistemas da sociedade global e que, no seu desenvolvimento, estão fortemente condicionados pelo funcionamento das estruturas econômicas e sociais dessa sociedade global, é claro que, para analisar os elementos de inércia e mudança que estejam incluídos nestes sistemas educativos, é necessários estudar primeiramente as características do processo de mudança sócio-cultural que se vive no interior da sociedade.
