Os fenômenos de segregação e exclusão social na sociedade do conhecimento

O artigo analisa os novos fenômenos de desigualdade e exclusão desencadeados pela utilização intensiva do conhecimento e da informação na organização do trabalho, por um lado, e, nas instituições políticas e culturais, pelo outro. A partir dessa análise são apresentadas algumas conseqüências para a educação, particularmente as que se referem ao papel desta em relação à mobilidade social, aos riscos da privatização dos circuitos nos quais se reproduz e distribui o conhecimento socialmente mais significativo, bem como em relação às mudanças na atuação da escola do ponto de vista do processo de socialização.Downloads
